ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All cabins include a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Towels, linens, dishware, cookware, dish soap, bath soap and paper products are provided. We do not provide any type of food, cooking oils, spices, condiments, coffee or filters, hair dryers or toiletries.
Weekends: Friday nights and Saturday nights
Weekdays: Sunday nights through Thursday nights
All rentals require a two night minimum on weekends and holidays.
Advance Deposit of first night's stay (plus taxes) required at time of reservation.
Winter Season: Guests are required to be 21 yrs. or older or part of a family/group
60 day cancellation policy/$50 cancellation fee for individual cabin rental.
90 day cancellation policy/$75 cancellation fee for each cabin with multiple cabin rental.
90 day cancellation policy/$150 cancellation fee for Walnut Lodge rental.
90 day cancellation policy/$200 cancellation fee for Lodge and Annex rental.

Trail riding information:
Times: 10:00AM, 1:00AM and 3:00PM daily, weather permitting.
Prices: (Ages 7 and up) 1hr $ 34, 1 1/2hr $49, (ages 13 and up) 2hr $59, (ages 3 and up) arena rides $12.
Guest Stall Rentals: $ 25 per day, bedding provided. (Current vaccination/health records required for all guest horses. Proof of negative Coggins is also required for out-of-state horses.)
